TOMS RIVER – The Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library will host “Love Thy Neighbor” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6.
When does free speech transcend into hate speech? This program aims to resolve the communications gap. There will also be a theatrical performance with Ocean County College students, as well as sign language interpreters. It will also feature a Q&A session.
This event is sponsored by the Ocean County Library, the Ocean County Human Relations Commission, and local clergy.
The branch is located at 101 Washington Street.
