BARNEGAT – The work of Waretown artist Dorothy Siclare, an oil painter who focuses on figurative and portrait work, will be on display at the Barnegat Branch of the Ocean County Library, 112 Burr St., throughout the month of September.

Siclare has always had her hand in the artistic process since she was a child. Born in New York, she worked as an interior designer for 20 years. She has won many awards and has showcased her work in group and solo shows.
