TOMS RIVER – The Ocean County Library will host “New Horizons”, a month-long exhibit by Toms River Artist Community, at the Toms River Branch, 101 Washington Street.

The collection will be displayed in the Second Floor Gallery during September. It will consist of various media.

The work will represent the unique creative expressions of the Toms River Artist Community. This local organization consists of local artists engaging in various styles and themes.
