MANCHESTER – The Manchester Branch of the Ocean County Library will host an arts and crafts fundraiser fair by the Friends of the Manchester Branch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9.

Vendors will sell unique handcrafted items and fine works of art. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to enhance programming at the branch and extend the ability to meet other needs.

This event is indoors and will take place rain or shine.

The branch is located at 21 Colonial Drive.
