STAFFORD TOWNSHIP – Get ready for the Ocean County Library’s Summer Reading theme, “All Together Now,” by meeting our community helpers who keep us safe. You’ll have the opportunity to explore emergency vehicles during First Responders Day at the Ocean County Library Stafford Branch, 10 AM Thursday, June 29.

Everyone will gather in the Branch parking to greet a Stafford Township fire truck, ambulance, and police patrol car, then meet township first responders led by Community Policing Officer Lawrence.

Police, fire, and emergency medical technicians will conduct tours of their vehicles, and will describe the purposes of the tools that they use.

First Responders Day at the OCL Stafford Branch is a free, drop-in activity for all ages. No registration is required.
