Examine the Impacts of Women’s Suffrage At the Lacey Library

LACEY TOWNSHIP – In observance of Women’s History Month, the Ocean County Library, Lacey Branch will present a discussion by the League of Women Voters of New Jersey at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 11.

Representatives will trace the organization’s history, and will examine the ways that the citizen advocacy group has affected America’s social dialogue since its founding in 1920.

The League gradually expanded its sphere of influence to address matters of education, ecology, law, commerce, and many other issues.

The branch is located at 10 East Lacey Road.
