The Ocean County Library will temporarily close to support the proactive measures being taken by the state of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety Division of New Jersey State Police of Emergency Management Administrative Order No. 2020-3. Administrative Order No. 2020-03 was updated on March 20, 2020 (Executive Order No. 104). The following facilities have been added to the list of facilities closed to members of the public in accordance with paragraph 7 of Executive Order No. 104 (2020): all municipal, county and state public libraries, and all libraries and computer labs at public and private colleges and universities.

Browse 26,000 titles in dozens of categories such as current, classic, comedies, sci-fi, mysteries, documentaries, musicals, and cinema from around the world in various languages.

Kanopy Kids contains 1,443 titles, sure to please youngsters of every age, from toons to literary classics, from educational tools to TV series. Adults can continue learning in a menu that includes health, business, politics, languages, yoga, the arts and more.

In-county Ocean County Library cardholders may download as many as four titles each month, with unlimited viewings for three days each, at oceancounty.kanopy.com.
