TOMS RIVER – The Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library will host “Homebuying 101 – Eight Steps to Buying a Home” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 27.

This free seminar will address credit, closing cost assistance, and the 20% down payment myth.

Light refreshments will be provided.
