MANCHESTER – The Manchester Branch of the Ocean County Library will host “Make a Mug-Cake Mother’s Day Gift” 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 8.

Participants will blend dry, non-perishable ingredients and package them in an attractive decorated mug. Instructions to complete the recipe will be also be included.

The branch is located at 21 Colonial Drive.
