Meet Author Susannah Marren During Ocean County Library’s Online Event

TOMS RIVER – The Ocean County Library will host a free virtual program, “Meet Susannah Marren,” at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12.

Her newest novel, A Palm Beach Scandal, earned New York Times bestselling author Holly Peterson’s rave as “a page-turning, commanding novel.” Publisher’s Weekly said that it will “keep readers holding on until the shocking ending they won’t see coming."

Former LBI Branch Manager Linda Feaster, now Chairman of the Programming Committee of the Friends of the Island Library, will conduct the interview. The program is brought to the Library community with the support of the Friends of the Island Library.

Marren is the pen name of Susan Shapiro Barash, who has firm roots in Long Beach Island. She has authored 13 nonfiction works concerning women’s issues in addition to her fiction novels. Learn more at http://www.susanshapirobarash.com/.
