LONG BEACH ISLAND – Enjoy a demonstration on combining fresh ingredients to create healthy soups using a blender at 4 p.m., Monday, Oct. 15 at the Long Beach Island Branch of the Ocean County Library, 217 S. Central Ave.

Amy Paradise of Twin Boys Enterprises, will present the program “Soup’s On” which will include a fun “tasting bar” and recipes to take home.
