TOMS RIVER – All Ocean County Library branches and reading centers will have a delayed opening of 1 PM Friday, December 2, for the Library’s annual Staff In-Service Training.

Patrons are welcome to use the Library’s online resources, databases, eBooks, eMagazines, video and audio streams and digital classes. They are available continuously at www.theoceancountylibrary.org.
