Ocean County Library Closing All Branches from March 15 – 29 due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) State and National Emergencies

March 14, 2020

TOMS RIVER – The Ocean County Library system will close beginning Sunday, March 15 through Sunday, March 29 out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our library staff and customers during the declared state and national emergencies due to the developing conditions concerning Coronavirus (COVID-19).

The library plans to reopen on Monday, March 30.

The library is waiving all late fees and will automatically extend the due dates of all books and materials that are checked out. The book drops at all library branches will be closed. Please help the library by not leaving library books and materials outside our doors, but keep them with you until we reopen.
