TOMS RIVER – The Ocean County Library Toms River Branch will close at 5 PM Monday, October 31, to accommodate arrangements for the Toms River Halloween Parade. All other OCL branches and reading centers will observe normal operating hours.

Patrons are welcome to use the Library’s online resources, databases, eBooks, eMagazines, video and audio streams and digital classes. They are available continuously at www.theoceancountylibrary.org.
