TOMS RIVER – The Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library will host “Truth & Consequences: A Real-World Discussion about Teen Substance Use & Underage Drinking” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14.

Sandwiches and refreshments will be served. Doors open at 6 p.m.
