TOMS RIVER – September is Library Card Sign-up Month. The Ocean County Library joins the American Library Association (ALA) in reminding county residents how much a Library card offers.

OCL’s books, recorded materials, programs, online resources, and social media platforms can spark creativity and foster knowledge, awareness, and communication. The Library’s web site places its resources and services wherever you need to be. Among the highlights:

Library card applications can be submitted through the OCL website. The OCL app, from the App Store or Google Play, places services in the palm of your hand.
