JACKSON – The Jackson Branch of the Ocean County Library will screen a documentary film on sharks at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 24.
This film investigates sharks' importance to ecosystems and humankind's mass destruction of the species worldwide. It debunks historical stereotypes and media depictions of sharks and reveals the reality of sharks as pillars in the evolution of the seas.
The runtime of the film is 88 minutes and it is rated PG.
