TOMS RIVER - In an effort to have our buildings more accessible to the public, The Ocean County Library Commission approved to extend the hours of operation for six branches during their meeting on December 11, 2018. The schedule change, listed below, will take effect on January 21, 2019. The hours for the other 15 library locations will remain unchanged.
