TUCKERTON - The Ocean County Library will present The History of Tucker’s Island at the Tuckerton Branch, 380 Bay Ave., 7 p.m. Thursday, April 20. The program will include an interesting discussion about the island that disappeared.

Authors Gretchen F. Coyle and Deborah C. Whitcraft will offer many stories about Tucker’s Island and its community as part of the “Tuckerton Library Association's Annual Open House.” They will also highlight parts of their latest book “Tucker's Island.”

The author’s books will be available for purchase and light refreshments will be served.
